ikungfu.net collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on ikungfu.net.

• we have reason to suspect that unlawful activity has been, is being or may be engaged in and the use or disclosure of your personal information is a necessary part of our investigation of the matter or in reporting our concerns to relevant persons or authorities.

We may provide aggregate information and statistics about ikungfu.nets customers, sales traffic patterns and related site information to third parties but these statistics will not include individual personal information.

Refund Policy

eBooks are different from physical products in that you have the convenience of immediate delivery and immediate use. Because there is no physical product to return, this changed nature of product form and delivery means that ikungfu.net does not offer refunds or exchanges unless you were unable to access the product due to technical issues. There is no refund if your eBook is received by a successful download. If you have a download problem or need help viewing or using our eBooks, we'll help you as much as possible.
