Refund Policy
eBooks are different from physical products in that you have the convenience of immediate delivery and immediate use. Because there is no physical product to return, this changed nature of product form and delivery means that ikungfu.net does not offer refunds or exchanges unless you were unable to access the product due to technical issues. There is no refund if your eBook is received by a successful download. If you have a download problem or need help viewing or using our eBooks, we'll help you as much as possible.
Please note: ikungfu.net only supports our eBooks and not the application in which they are being used. e.g. we do not support Microsoft, Adobe or any other products. Please see their respective help areas for application support.
